Driving positive solutions to workplace challenges faced by career mums

CareerMum coffee group: 27 July 2018

Launched in February, the CareerMum coffee group is a casual meet-up for mums (& bubs) that are career-minded and driven to be wonderful role-models at work and at home.

Our monthly catch-ups provide an opportunity for career-minded mums to connect, build their network, and share experiences in a positive environment. We occasionally have guest speakers join us too. In May, Jayne Chater and Mel Wood of Reconnect Coaching joined our group to talk about managing career alongside family, and June’s event was fronted by Jess Holdaway of FRANK Stationery, who shared with us her story of managing a business alongside family.

⭐️ The next catch-up is on Friday 27 July, from 10-11.30am ⭐️

CareerMum is a social enterprise, that was launched in 2016 to drive positive solutions to workplace challenges faced by career mums. We ran a co-design workshop at the end of 2017 and this ‘CareerMum coffee group’ was one of the concept ideas that evolved during the process, so we thought we would prototype it for a few months.
